Customers with reservations will be granted access to The Distillery Winter Village at no charge. In order to enter the site without a ticket, guests will be required to show proof of their reservation via a digital or physical confirmation with the date, time and location of the reservation. Guests will be permitted to enter no earlier than 30 minutes before the reservation start time. In order to avoid last minute cancellations, restuarants will be charging a $35 cancellation fee per person.
